Every child has his/her own way of learning. Some learn better with more visual impact (like reading things on the board). But the sad fact is that not all tuition teachers have the same skill set and ability to assess and coach the child. It is beyond doubt that most tutor fulfill the basic function of answering questions and clarifying doubts. However, a comprehensive tuition should be more than just clarifying doubts and teaching new material. A successful educator should be able to create the Yearn to Learn.
